Reward Mechanism

$DATA token serves as the primary currency within the Monadata ecosystem. They are distributed to participants based on their contributions, the quality of their work, and their accumulated credits.

Token Allocation Criteria:

  • Base Contribution: The standard number of tokens awarded for completing a task, depending on the role.

  • Quality Bonus: Additional tokens that can be earned based on the quality of work.

  • Credit Multiplier: A multiplier applied to the base contribution and quality bonus, depending on the participant's accumulated credits.

  • Tiered Bonus: An additional percentage bonus based on the participant's tier level, ranging from 5% (Bronze) to 25% (Diamond).
